“I was able to meet a number of people who shared my passion, while meeting various professionals with diverse backgrounds. What’s great is that we all work well together and truly believe in the mission of this non-profit.”
- Zoe Bogan, Board Member, Highbridge Advisroy Council

The Governance Project
The Governance Project is designed to help nonprofit boards achieve diversity. The project goal is to increase participation of people from diverse races, ethnicities, ages, genders and skill sets, providing different perspectives and resources and making organizations more reflective of the populations they serve. Philosophically, people receiving services are best served when policy is shaped and programs are designed, developed and delivered by members of their communities.
