Executive Office Intern (paid)

The Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies is seeking a part-time Intern (up to 20 hours per week) to provide administrative support for its Executive Office.

Responsibilities will include coordinating mailings, light data entry, exporting and merging mailing lists, doing mail merges, labeling and stuffing envelopes; updating files and filing systems; assisting with set up and preparation for various meetings; handling phones and taking detailed messages; assisting with the planning and coordination of special events; assisting with projects and activities for the Executive Office; and providing administrative support as required.

Qualifications: Excellent computer skills with proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and to take a project from conception through completion; strong writing, with excellent spelling and grammatical skills; good interpersonal skills.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated, detail-oriented student to gain valuable office skills and experience, and to learn about nonprofit management. All applicants must be currently enrolled in college and have financial need to be considered for the position. Start date: Immediately.
