FPWA’s Center for Professional Development provides the most effective and smartest training solutions for nonprofits and churches to increase skills and knowledge in direct services, management and leadership strategies, finance, human resources, resource development and technology. The CPD also designs customized workshops for staff and clients of human service organizations through its Agency-Based Training (ABT)program. ABT workshops are held on-site at your agency, held at FPWA’s Laura Parsons Pratt Conference Center, or another convenient location. Planning a professional development retreat? CPD can aid you with designing your retreat program, hiring consultants to facilitate retreat activities, and finding a location. Fees are discounted for member agencies.
