Management Assistance

FPWA offers personalized management and technical assistance through various capacity-building program efforts in a range of areas such as board development, fiscal accountability, financial management, fundraising, human resources, management, operations, organizational planning, program evaluation, and technology.

The Management Assistance Creating Results for Organizations (MACRO) Project is designed to help FPWA member agencies assess the status of many elements of agency infrastructure. MACRO offers a concrete series of workshops by recognized leaders in specific fields to upgrade agencies’ key functional areas. Workshops offered have included audit and tax procedures, board operations, facilities management, fiscal and legal procedures, human resources issues, and succession planning. MACRO also provides each member agency with a specially designed Operating Documents and Procedures binder.
