Census 2020 in the Age of COVID-19

For those stuck at home and looking for distractions, here’s one: The 2020 census has arrived. For the first time this year, the once-a-decade survey can be completed online or by phone, in addition to via snail mail. But that doesn’t mean the federal government’s massive census operations can be insulated from the far-reaching impact of the novel coronavirus.
