Target audience includes program managers, decision-makers; they should be familiar with the program or project to be scaled and some level of strategic vision for the agency.
Workshop participants should have demonstrated success. They know what they do well. The program or project to be scaled can be in the early to growth stage of its life cycle. Participants should come to the session prepared to share their goals and reasons for growing, bring 2 or 3 challenges they are facing in this process and a basic understanding of program budgets.
