With over a decade of experience working in the nonprofit sector\, Sequoia has honed her expertise in mental wellness\, leadership development\, and organizational change. \nHolding a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling\, she merges her passion for psychological safety with her dedication to racial equity\, advocating for inclusive leadership practices. Sequoia’s journey began in trauma-informed work\, where she developed a deep understanding of the impact of workplace culture on individual well-being.
