Edline oversees the Policy and Advocacy team at FPWA whose issue areas include human services, aging issues, health care, workforce development, early childhood and city/state/federal budget advocacy.
Prior to joining FPWA, Edline worked at the Supportive Housing Network of NY as a Senior Policy Analyst focusing on NYC legislative and budget advocacy and led the Network’s youth work. Prior to the Network, she served as a Legislative Analyst for New York State Senator Liz Krueger; specializing in affordable housing and social services issues.
Edline has a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from NYU Wagner’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Columbia University.
A lifelong New Yorker who was born and raised in Queens and who now lives in Manhattan with her husband and young daughter, Edline enjoys reading, particularly historical novels and memoirs, and traveling. She also loves spending time with her daughter!

Winn Periyasamy is responsible for helping to push FPWA’s agenda to influence health policies to better serve our target populations.
Previously, she worked in health communications and public relations at Columbia University, Kaiser Permanente, Sesame Workshop, and more. Winn earned an MPH with a certificate in Social Determinants of Health from Columbia University in 2016 and a BA in Political Science from Barnard College in 2013. She is originally from Wilmington, Delaware.
