City Advocacy Day

Tuesday, May 12th, FPWA hosted its annual City Advocacy Day. We organized nearly 60 nonprofit leaders and community members to meet with more than 25 Council Members and their staffs to discuss our three budget priorities to promote upward mobility: Worker Cooperative Business Development Initiative, Day Laborer Workforce Initiative, and Social Services Career Ladder Initiative. More than 80 people attended the press conference at City Hall.
